By becoming a member at Coco’s Puppy Boutique, you can track your orders, save your payment details for every time you shop, save your delivery address(es) and importantly, being a member means you can join our Coco Beans VIP Club.
How do I become a member/create an account?
Click on the Register button at the top of the page and complete your details – it’s that’s simple.
Why should I register my dog?
Here at Coco’s Puppy Boutique your dog’s details are equally as important (if not more so!) as yours! By taking down and keeping their vital statistics on record, you can safely shop with us in the knowledge we’ll do our very best to send you the correct size accessories and clothing in every single order.
By giving us your dog’s details means their friends and family can also shop for your forever puppy! Hand out your Coco’s Puppy Boutique personalised membership cards to them and we’ll make sure your dog gets exactly the right size for them based on the details we hold.
It’s really important you keep this information up to date as your puppy grows!

By being a VIP you can collect points, earn discounts and rewards as a member of the Coco Beans VIP Club. And it’s free to join!
What do I get as a member of The Coco Beans VIP Club?
Our loyalty club earns you Coco Beans every time you shop if you’ve registered as a member. Being a member also means you have access to exclusive offers, discounts and special events.
How can I check my Coco Beans total?
In the My Account section, click on the Coco Beans icon and this will take you to a page displaying your Coco Beans total and VIP tier. We’ll also include this total on your weekly email if you’ve subscribed. Please remember we will update your Coco Beans total each week so wait for them to appear in your total on the Coco Beans page in My Account.
How often is my Coco Beans total updated?
We will update the loyalty points totals every week, and we’ll include this on your weekly email if you’ve subscribed.

I can’t find what I’m looking for
We’ve tried to make the site as simple as possible for you to find everything you need, but here are a couple of tips to try and help you find what you’re looking for.
Use the menu navigation bar at the top to either shop for a Collection or a Brand. Here you can also shop our Seasonal range by clicking on any of the menu headers.
Alternatively to ‘Shop All’ click on the magnifying glass – this will bring back the whole shop where you can then filter or use a key word to be more specific.

Where is my order?
If you’ve selected standard delivery for your order it will be with you within 5 working days. For Next Day delivery your order will be with you within 2 working days.
You will receive a tracking number with every order. By logging onto the Parcelforce or Hermes website and entering your tracking number you’ll find the status of your order.

Will you re-stock out of stock items?
If an item is still appearing on our site as ‘Out of Stock’, then yes, we will. If you can no longer find an item you have seen before, it may be unavailable now with our suppliers.
If there’s something you think your dog would like but you can’t find their size or colour preference on our site, please drop us a note – if we can get hold of it for you, we will.
Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event you’re not happy with your item, our service promise to you is to exchange it free of charge for a different size or colour. We’ll discuss this with you when you contact us to arrange your return. If however you’ve decided you do wish to return your order, please take a look at our returns policy.
